How much does After Care cost?

After Care is provide by ioty free of charge. It is included in every project.

Which After Care plan do I have?

The type of Care Plan that was included in your project depends on the number of devices installed and the number of hours of programming. Once your system installation is completed you will receive an email from us informing you of your After Care and how to best contact us for service and support.

What does my Care plan cover?

BRONZE WARRANTY

The Bronze After Care offers remote support benefits, including unlimited remote device rebooting and reduced pricing for remote first-level troubleshooting calls during and after business hours.

SILVER WARRANTY

The Silver After Care plan includes a variety of remote support benefits, such as secure remote monitoring, remote device rebooting, and unlimited remote first-level troubleshooting calls during and after business hours. This means that your devices will be proactively monitored and any issues can be quickly and easily resolved.

Additionally, this plan includes bi-annual and 25-point inspections and quarterly firmware updates to ensure that your devices are always up-to-date and running smoothly.

Additionally, the plan includes cable/ISP/telco authorization and one home preparation (scheduled 2 weeks in advance), so you can be confident that your devices are set up correctly and ready to use.

With response times of 1 hour for first-level support, 4 hours for remote advanced support during office hours, and onsite support within 1 business day, you can be sure that any issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

GOLD WARRANTY

This Gold After Care plan offers a range of remote support benefits, including proactive remote monitoring, remote device rebooting, and unlimited remote first-level troubleshooting calls during and after business hours, so you can be confident that any issues will be quickly and easily resolved.

Additionally, the plan includes maintenance benefits like quarterly 25-point inspections and monthly firmware updates which will keep your devices in top condition.

The labor for this plan is also very generous, with unlimited onsite service calls and night/weekend calls. This means that you can receive service whenever you need it, and not have to worry about additional costs.
